Fort Worth Police Officer Zach Briseno is the second known Double Amputee in the United States to become a Police Officer. Officer Briseno, a United States Marine, lost his legs during an Improvised Explosive Device attack while serving in Iraq. Officer Briseno said the road to recovery was a difficult one but it was his goal and his dream that fueled his motivation to figure out how to stand and someday walk again.

Zach enjoys being outdoors and will receive a Can Am ANT Defender Pro from the Freedom Mobility Foundation.
